Programs

CrossFit Old School offers several programs to help you reach your full potential. At their core, all of our programs build strength and conditioning through constantly varied and challenging workouts. The goal at CrossFit Old School is to not specialize in one particular thing, but rather to build your body so that it is capable of doing anything.

You will not find rows of treadmills, ellipticals, or even specialized weight machines when you walk into our gym. Instead you will see an open gym floor with old-fashioned equipment: barbells, pull up bars, gymnast rings, kettle-bells, and even ropes (just like in gym class). Our workouts consist of functional movements such as squatting, lifting, running, and jumping.

When you join, you will also become part of a tight knit community of individuals. To us, you are not just a membership payment. You are someone we want to help improve and reach their fitness goals. Camaraderie will not only be found with your instructors. Since you complete workouts in a group, you will quickly make friends as you encourage and support one another.
