Getting Started

Step 1: Schedule a Newbie Class (and Sign Waiver)

The introductory class is required of everyone. It allows you to be in the environment; do a workout and meet the Coaches. Relax... we know it is intimidating so rest easy in knowing we will take good care of you. We promise.

Step 2: Attend the scheduled Newbie Class

As part of the Newbie Class, please expect classroom discussion in addition to a workout. Please remember to dress in comfortable, workout clothes.

Prior to attending Newbie Class, we recommend you begin drinking half of your body weight in water (ounces) a day. For example, if you weight 200lbs, then you should drink around 100 ounces of water every day.

Step 3: Purchase Protocol

In order to become a member of our gym, you will need to first sign-up for our protocol program.

The protocol program is 4 days and mandatory for everyone. Protocol is an opportunity to learn the very basics of CrossFit.

Cost: $165 - This also includes your first month here at CFOS.

Step 4: Your personal coach will contact you to arrange a schedule

You and your coach will decide the schedule that's best for you. They will assist your through the 4-day program.

Step 5: 90 Day Mentoring

After your protocol is complete, your coach will be your spirit guide through your first 90 days. During your first 90 days, you and your coach will connect in many ways; he or she will help assist you in this new endeavor! Nothing is more important than results - we will help you track your gains through the CrossFit Old School Wodify system.
